ANAND SHAHI, CFA

Anand has almost 20 years of experience in both public and private investments, including as Senior Analyst at Atlas Capital Partners, a hedge fund, where he supervised a research team.

Anand was also VP and Quantitative Risk Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he developed and managed complex stress scenarios to detect and mitigate market risks for the firm. Anand has over a decade of personal experience investing in private companies in the United States and India. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a B.A. in Computer Science as well as Economics, and has a series 7 and 63 license.

Jim Hawk is an innovative and agile leader, with 20 years of executive management experience,and 10 years as CEO and President of IWS Acquisition, a national financial, specialty risk and insurance services company.

While growing billion-dollar financial institution relationships, Mr. Hawk focused on organizational change, corporate development and managed M&A activity. While at IWS, he drove significant P&L by creating successful fee-based income programs for financial institutions. Prior to that Mr. Hawk was the President of Nserv, a holding company with specialty risk, MGA and claims management business units.

With recent C-level experience in digital transformation and payments, Mr. Hawk thrives in situations where he is able to coordinate efforts around unique risk products and emergent technologies, and advise companies on growth strategies.
